Job requirements
1. Based on cost targets, formulate implementation rules for budgeting, accounting, cost management, etc., organize implementation and follow up after approval;
2. Develop a cost management plan, provide cost information, propose control measures and suggestions to reduce costs;
3. Verify and analyze the cost related data provided by each department, and conduct cost accounting; Production result monitoring and indicator data support, execution and improvement of cost accounting methods, and assistance in completing business processes;
4. Responsible for the preparation, review, printing, and submission of cost reports, auditing the company's various cost expenditures, conducting cost accounting, expense management, and cost analysis, and regularly preparing cost analysis reports, reporting the completion status of work to department leaders in a timely manner;
5. Participate in the construction of cost management system, assist in formulating overall plans and implementation methods, and propose measures and suggestions for cost control;
6. Understand the production process and establish and maintain a standard cost system, conduct monthly comparative analysis between standard and actual costs;
7. Warehouse management work ensures that accounts match reality, that warehouse items are safe and stored according to rules, and that inbound and outbound records are clear and accurate; Pay attention to inventory changes, control inventory procurement, prevent inventory obsolescence risks, and regularly organize inventory checks;
8. Other cost related work.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting or related economics;
2. More than 3 years of experience in cost accounting, able to establish, operate, and optimize a cost accounting method system;
3. Having a certain level of writing skills and strong communication and coordination abilities;
4. Familiar with using office software such as Excel and familiar with ERP systems;
5. Strong principles, serious and responsible, clean and self disciplined, honest and stable, with strong awareness of internal control and cost management.
